If you have received an incorrect item, please let us know straight away by contacting our delivery team on 09 412 6456 or by emailing onlinesales@chesters.co.nz. They will sort it out for you as quickly as possible.

Yes, it is possible to change your delivery address once your order has been submitted, however you will need to do this quickly after you place your order. Please send an email to our team on onlinesales@chesters.co.nz with the new address, or phone 09 412 6456.

Unfortunately no.  We use courier post to deliver our orders and they will only deliver to physical addresses.

Absolutely, as long as there will be somebody there to receive and sign for the order.  Just ensure the full name of the business is in the delivery address.

For all online orders, a standard $15 delivery fee is charged to cover postage and packaging.

As soon as your order has been despatched, you will receive an email confirmation, along with the tracking details for your order.

Once you have received your email confirmation that the order has been shipped, you should receive it within 3-4 working days.

Parcels can go missing - so simply send us an email to onlinesales@chesters.co.nz or give us a call on 09 412 6456 and we will get a replacement order to you.  

Yes, but you’ll need to be quick! Send us an email to onlinesales@chesters.co.nz or ring on 09 412 6456 and we’ll try to stop the order being processed. If we’re too late we will then help you with the returns process.

We hope you are more than happy with your purchase, however if for some reason you wish to return it, simply return the product with your proof of purchase to your nearest Chesters store within 30 days. We will refund in full for any goods that are in their original packaging and have not been installed, and are in a sellable condition. However we cannot refund the delivery fee.

All goods sold by Chesters are covered by the Manufacturers Warranty. Please contact us or your nearest Chesters Branch if you have a faulty product and we will advise how best to activate the Manufacturer’s Warranty. Most Manufacturers have strict claim guidelines which may void the Warranty if the correct process is not followed.   

Where it applies, The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Chesters Plumbing and Bathroom Centre Ltd. In the event that the goods are deficient or faulty, we have the obligation to repair, replace or refund.
