• The service agent will provide a quote for any required parts before repairs proceed.
• Courier charges to and from the repair agent are not included in the promotion.

Chesters Tipping Competition Rules

• Free to join!
• One entry per person.
• Players must join the Facebook group to be eligible for prizes.
• Open to Chesters Account holders and their employees and current Chesters employees.
• Any inappropriate behaviour will result in suspension or removal.
• To be eligible for a major prize, players must join before the end of Round 6 (Sunday 12th April).
• Chesters staff are not eligible for first, second or third-place prizes. The top-ranking staff member will receive a separate staff prize.
• If a staff member places in the top three, the prize will be passed to the next highest-ranking customer.
• Entry is valid only if the account is operated within the agreed Terms of Trade.
• Chesters reserves the right to verify entries and review results.
• The competition closes after the NRL Grand Final.

By accepting the Photography/Filming Release Disclaimer, you agree to the following:

• I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older, or that I am booking on behalf of someone who is over 18 years of age and has provided their consent to this disclaimer.
• If I am signing on behalf of a minor or dependant, I confirm that I am their parent or legal guardian and authorised to provide consent on their behalf.
• I agree to being photographed and/or filmed by, or on behalf of Chesters Plumbing & Bathroom Centres Ltd.
• I agree to personal information, photographs and/or video content being published on Chesters website and social media channels, as well as company print and marketing publications for editorial use.
• I understand that I will not receive any payment or compensation for the use of this content.
• I also agree that such content may be shared with, and published by, third-party media outlets, including online, print and television.
• I understand that once images or video are published (whether by Chesters or third parties), Chesters has no control over their ongoing use or distribution.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Chesters Plumbing & Bathroom Centres Ltd from any liability arising from the unauthorised use or publication of such content by third parties.

Buteline & Chesters Promotion – T-Shirt Giveaway & Hampton Downs Experience Day Draw

This promotion is run by Buteline Plumbing Systems (Proprietor: Cypress Manufacturing Ltd), 29 Lady Ruby Drive, East Tamaki, Auckland, and Chesters Plumbing & Bathroom Ltd, 45 Portage Road, New Lynn, Auckland.

Entry into this promotion deems acceptance of the terms and conditions:

PROMOTION PERIOD

The promotion runs from 6 July 2026 to 31 August 2026.

HOW TO ENTER

Purchase $100+GST of qualifying Buteline product (Buteline, Pexline, Gasline, Mainline, Adapt) in a single transaction on a Chesters trade account during the promotional period to receive:

• One Chesters + Buteline branded t-shirt (limited to 5 per trade account; while stocks last; sizes subject to availability); and
• One entry into the draw to win 1 of 15 Hampton Downs Experience Days.

Each qualifying transaction equals one entry into the prize draw. Entries are automatically applied.

ELIGIBILITY

• Entry is only valid on purchases made through an active Chesters trade account by the account holder of their staff member(s).
• Trade accounts must be within agreed trading terms during the promotional period.
• Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of Chesters, Buteline, and associated agencies (and their immediate families) are not eligible.

PRIZE DETAILS

• There are fifteen (15) Hampton Downs Experience Day prizes to be won.
• If a winner is unable to attend on the specified date, the prize will be forfeited.
• Each prize is valued at approximately $700 NZD per person.
• The prize must be taken as offered and is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• The Hampton Downs Experience Day date will be held on Friday 9th October 2026.
• For winners residing outside of the Auckland or Waikato regions, travel and/or accommodation may be considered by the Promoter on a case-by-case basis. Any such arrangements are at the sole discretion of the Promoter and are not guaranteed.
• If the prize cannot be awarded for an unforeseen reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) (or part of the prize) with another of equal value.

THE DRAW

• The prize draw will take place at Chesters New Lynn between 1 September and 6 September 2026.
• Fifteen (15) winners will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries.
• Additional reserve winners may be drawn in case any winner is deemed invalid or does not claim their prize.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

• Winners will be contacted by phone or email within 7 days of the draw.
• If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 4 days, the prize will be forfeited and offered to a reserve winner.

• Limited to five (5) t-shirts per trade account.
• Available while stocks last.
• Sizes are subject to availability.
• Redemption process will be advised by your local branch.

LIABILITY

• The Promoter or any other person or party associated with this promotion is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
• The Hampton Downs Experience Day is operated by a third-party provider and is subject to their terms and safety requirements.

Chesters Wellington Central Google Review Draw: Win a $200 Bonfire Gift Card

Promoter

This promotion is run by Chesters Wellington Central Showroom ("the Promoter").

Promotion Period

The promotion begins on 24 August 2026 and closes at 11.59pm NZST on 30 September 2026 ("Promotion Period").

Eligibility

Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over who have interacted with Wellington Central Retail, including homeowners, renovators, members of the general public, architects, designers, specifiers, and trade customers.

Employees of Wellington Central Retail and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, entrants must:

• Submit a genuine Google review for Chesters Wellington Central Retail; and
• Have their review publicly visible on Google at the time of the prize draw; and
• No purchase is necessary to enter.

Entry Verification

To verify eligibility, the Promoter may match the reviewer's Google profile name with customer details held in Chesters Wellington Central records.

The Promoter reserves the right to request additional information to confirm an entrant's identity and eligibility.

Review Content

• Reviews may be positive, neutral, or negative.
• Entry into the prize draw is not dependent on the rating given or the nature of the review. Honest customer feedback is encouraged.
• Reviews containing unlawful, defamatory, offensive, fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate content may be deemed ineligible at the Promoter's discretion.

Entries

• Eligible reviews received during the Promotion Period will be entered into a prize pool.
• Only one entry per person will be accepted.

Prize

One winner will receive:

• One (1) $200 Bonfire Gift Card.

The prize is:

• Not transferable;
• Not exchangeable for cash; and
• Subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the gift card issuer.

Prize Draw

• One winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries after the promotion closes.
• The draw will take place within 10 business days of the promotion end date.

Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the phone number and/or email address held by Chesters Wellington Central.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to draw a reserve winner.

Prize Collection

• The prize must be collected in person from Chesters Wellington Central unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.
• Proof of identity may be required at the time of collection.

Privacy

Any personal information collected for the purposes of this promotion will be used solely for administering the promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, and awarding the prize.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

• Technical issues affecting the submission or display of Google reviews;
• Incomplete, delayed, lost, or unavailable entries;
• Any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the prize or the promotion.

Promoter's Rights
