1. Promotion Overview

This promotional offer applies to selected St Michel ranges during the specified promotional period.

2. Discounts

• 15% off all products in the City range
• 20% off all products in the Savoy range

3. Eligibility

• The promotion is open to all retail and trade customers.
• Existing Chesters Trade Account Holders are eligible to receive their usual trade discount in addition to the promotional pricing.

4. Promotional Period

The offer is valid from Monday 12 May 2025 to Sunday 30 June 2025, inclusive. Orders must be placed within this time frame to qualify.

5. Exclusions

• Offer applies to the City and Savoy ranges only.
• Not valid on any other St Michel products or ranges.
• Not available in conjunction with anyAt the request of the Promoter, the recipients agree (without charge) to participate in any promotional activities planned by the promoter and consent to their name and image being used in the Promoters marketing materials. Promotional pricing will be automatically applied at the time of sale. Chesters Trade discounts will be applied to the discounted price for eligible account holders.

Chesters reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

Skateboard Giveaway Terms and Conditions:

Chesters Plumbing & Bathrooms Skateboard giveaway is brought to you by Chesters Plumbing and Bathroom (The Promoter), 45 Portage Road, New Lynn, Auckland.

Entry deems acceptance of Terms & Conditions:

Every skateboarding trick video submitted to Chesters between the 23rd of May and 7th of June will go in the draw to win 1 of 5 custom Chesters Skate Decks. To submit a video, the person entering must tag or direct message Chesters Trade Facebook or Instagram in the post or story and be following Chesters Trade on the platform they submit their video through. In the video, it is a requirement for the entrant to be wearing at least 1 piece of Chesters Plumbing & Bathroom merch. By submitting a video of their skateboarding trick, they are consenting to having their video posted by the Chesters Trade Instagram and Facebook pages.

Entry is valid when submitted by a Chesters account holder or their staff member. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.

The prize draw will take place at Chesters New Lynn, Auckland office within ten working days from the end of the promotion. The first 5 eligible entries drawn will be deemed to be the winners of this Promotion (Winners). The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order, in case a Winner’s entry is deemed invalid or the prize is unclaimed (Reserve Winners).

The Winner will be notified by phone or email within 7 days of the prize draw. If a Winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond to the notification within 4 days of the notification or the prize is not claimed within 4 days of notification (unless the Promoter extends this period in its sole discretion), that Winner will forfeit the prize and the Promoter will award the prize to a Reserve Winner and a similar process will be followed. Where there is no Reserve Winner, another prize winner will be drawn.

The winners will collect their 1 x Custom Chesters Deck from their Chesters branch of choice. Winners will be notified by Chesters after conclusion of the promo period.

Entry into this promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of all Conditions of Entry. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and associated agencies, suppliers, retailers or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.

The Prize(s) must be taken as offered and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. If the prize cannot be awarded for an unforeseen reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) (or that part of the prize) with another of equal value. Vouchers distributed by Chesters on behalf of Greens. To qualify purchase any tapware item from the qualifying Greens Trade Range at any Chesters branch between 1/6/25 – 31/7/25.

One $5 KFC voucher per participating product purchased (Trade Plus, Trade, and Trade Classic) while stocks last. Not available in conjunction with any other offers. Offer open to Chesters Trade Account Holders and their employees only.

Promotion runs for the length of June and July 2025, subject to limitations, first come first served while voucher stocks last. Excludes commercial and contract projects. Limited to 5 vouchers per customer. This voucher is not redeemable for cash. No change will be given. Valid in-store at any KFC store. • South Island: 28th August – 28th September (1 month, 1 Bar Set)
