Terms and Conditions: Allproof & Chesters Macpac Puffer Promotion

Chesters & Allproof promotion brought to you by Allproof Industries NZ, 17 Bay Park Place, Beach Haven, Auckland 0626, and Chesters Plumbing and Bathroom Ltd, 45 Portage Road, New Lynn, Auckland.

Entry deems acceptance of Terms & Conditions:

Purchase any Allproof product made from 100% recycled plastic between 2 March 2026 and 30 April 2026 and go in the draw to win a Macpac Puffer jacket.

Entry is valid with the purchase of any Allproof product made from 100% recycled plastic, made on a Chesters trade account by either the account holder or their staff member(s). One entry for every transaction containing qualifying Allproof product. Qualifying entrants will be automatically entered into the draw to win for each qualifying transaction.

Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Participation in this promotion is valid only on a Chesters Trade Account operated within the agreed Chesters Terms of Trade. Trading account with Chesters must be within trading terms between the 2nd of March 2026 and 30th April 2026 to be eligible. Allproof will not be responsible for any finished products that are out of stock during the promotional period.

Promotion valid from 2nd of March 2026 to the 30th April 2026.

The prize draw will take place at Chesters New Lynn, Auckland office within ten working days of the end of the promotion. The first 50 eligible entries will be deemed to be the winners of this Promotion (Winners). The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order, in case a Winner’s entry is deemed invalid or the prize is unclaimed (Reserve Winners).

The Winner will be notified by phone or email within 7 days of the prize draw. If a Winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond to the notification within 4 days of the notification or the prize is not claimed within 4 days of notification (unless the Promoter extends this period in its sole discretion), that Winner will forfeit the prize and the Promoter will award the prize to a Reserve Winner and a similar process will be followed. Where there is no Reserve Winner, another prize winner will be drawn.

The winners will collect their Macpac Puffer from their Chesters branch of purchase. Winners will be notified by Chesters. Macpac Puffer value is at $239.99 New Zealand Dollars.

The prize is: 1 x Macpac Puffer jacket. The Macpac Puffers are limited to 50 total and limited by size (4 Medium, 15 Large, 15 Extra Large, 15 Double Extra Large, 1 Triple Extra Large). Limit 1 per customer.

Entry into this promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of all Conditions of Entry. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and associated agencies, suppliers, retailers or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.

The Prize(s) must be taken as offered and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. If the prize cannot be awarded for an unforeseen reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) (or that part of the prize) with another of equal value. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation of the prize nor any variation in the value of any prize. The Promoter reserves the right to vary, modify or cancel this offer at any time.

If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, COVID-19 pandemic or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, cancel, terminate or modify or recommence the Promotion subject to the approval of any relevant regulatory authority. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, cancel, terminate or modify or recommence the Promotion subject to the approval of any relevant regulatory authority.

At the request of the Promoter, the recipients agree (without charge) to participate in any promotional activities planned by the promoter and consent to their name and image being used in the Promoters marketing materials. By entering this Promotion, entrants agree that (1) the Promoter may disclose personal information to its related bodies corporate, contractors and agents for the purpose of assisting in the conduct of this Promotion; and (2) the Promoter and its related bodies corporate may retain and use personal information for future marketing purposes in relation to its products, services and offers including sending SMS messages and emails. Neither the promoter nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury, death suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual in which the Promoter has reason to believe has breached these Conditions of Entry or engaged in any unlawful or improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Eligibility Criteria: This is a Retail Promotion, all members of the public are eligible to purchase any Villeroy & Boch China product from any Chesters Plumbing & Bathroom Store between 16 March and 30 April 2026 and receive a 20% discount on RRP subject to stock availability. A Further discount applies for Chesters Trade Account holders.

Method of Redemption: Discount can be redeemed in any Chesters Plumbing & Bathroom store, under Showroom Sales or Trade Sales.

Chesters Tipping Competition Rules

• Free to join!
• One entry per person.
• Players must join the Facebook group to be eligible for prizes.
• Open to Chesters Account holders and their employees and current Chesters employees.
• Any inappropriate behaviour will result in suspension or removal.
• To be eligible for a major prize, players must join before the end of Round 6 (Sunday 12th April).
• Chesters staff are not eligible for the first, second, or third-place prizes. However, the top-ranking staff member on the leaderboard will receive a separate first-place staff prize.
• If a staff member finishes in one of the top three spots (or multiple), the 1st, 2nd or 3rd place prize will be passed down to the next highest-ranking customer on the ladder.
• Entry into the draws for account holders is valid only if the account is operated within the agreed Terms of Trade.
• Chesters reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry.
• The competition closes after the completion of NRL Grand Final.
• Chesters reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or attempting to act in a fraudulent or otherwise dishonest manner.
• Chesters reserves the right to review any results if necessary, and any decisions made by Chesters are final.
