Chesters Spring Sale 2026 Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion valid from 1 October 2026 to 30 November 2026.
2. Offers are available at participating Chesters showrooms and are subject to stock availability.
3. Promotional pricing applies only to selected products and collections from participating brands including:
   1. Select Pomd'or Chrome Accessories collections
   2. Elementi Novara Vanities
   3. Select Elementi Baths and Accessories
   4. Select Villeroy & Boch Tapware, Showering, China Basins, Toilets and Bidets.
4. Savings are based on recommended retail pricing (RRP) and vary by product and collection. Maximum advertised savings are available on selected products only.
5. Promotional prices include GST unless otherwise stated.
6. This pricing is not to be used for housing groups or projects.
7. No hold orders without prior approval.
8. Some products featured within promotional collections may already be reduced as part of a clearance programme. Where a clearance price is lower than the Spring Sale promotional price, the lower price will apply. No additional Spring Sale discount will be applied to clearance-priced items.
9. Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, rebate, package deal, trade agreement pricing, account pricing, or promotional campaign unless otherwise stated.
10. Rain checks are not available. Backorders may be accepted at Chesters’ discretion and subject to supplier availability.
11. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours, finishes and specifications may vary.
12. Chesters reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice. All products offered are while stocks last & subject to availability.

Tool Servicing Promotion: REMS & NOVOPRESS

T&Cs apply. Offer available during September 2026 only.

• Any parts required to repair the tool will be charged as an additional cost.
• The service agent will provide a quote for any required parts before repairs proceed.
• Courier charges to and from the repair agent are not included in the promotion.
• Offer available on participating REMS and NOVOPRESS tool servicing only.

Chesters Tipping Competition Rules

• Free to join!
• One entry per person.
• Players must join the Facebook group to be eligible for prizes.
• Open to Chesters Account holders and their employees and current Chesters employees.
• Any inappropriate behaviour will result in suspension or removal.
• To be eligible for a major prize, players must join before the end of Round 6 (Sunday 12th April).
• Chesters staff are not eligible for first, second or third-place prizes. The top-ranking staff member will receive a separate staff prize.
• If a staff member places in the top three, the prize will be passed to the next highest-ranking customer.
• Entry is valid only if the account is operated within the agreed Terms of Trade.
• Chesters reserves the right to verify entries and review results.
• The competition closes after the NRL Grand Final.

By accepting the Photography/Filming Release Disclaimer, you agree to the following:

• I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older, or that I am booking on behalf of someone who is over 18 years of age and has provided their consent to this disclaimer.
• If I am signing on behalf of a minor or dependant, I confirm that I am their parent or legal guardian and authorised to provide consent on their behalf.
• I agree to being photographed and/or filmed by, or on behalf of Chesters Plumbing & Bathroom Centres Ltd.
• I agree to personal information, photographs and/or video content being published on Chesters website and social media channels, as well as company print and marketing publications for editorial use.
• I understand that I will not receive any payment or compensation for the use of this content.
• I also agree that such content may be shared with, and published by, third-party media outlets, including online, print and television.
• I understand that once images or video are published (whether by Chesters or third parties), Chesters has no control over their ongoing use or distribution.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Chesters Plumbing & Bathroom Centres Ltd from any liability arising from the unauthorised use or publication of such content by third parties.

• Woolworths Gift Cards are limited to the first 300 qualifying units sold.

• Back orders, returns, credits, cancelled orders, and refunded purchases are not eligible.
• If a qualifying product is returned or credited, Chesters reserves the right to recover the value of the Gift Card.
• Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, transferable, or exchangeable.
• Promotion ends once all 300 Gift Cards have been issued, even if this occurs before 31 October 2026.
• Chesters Plumbing & Bathroom Ltd reserves the right to verify eligibility and amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary.
