Terms and Conditions:
1. By entering this promotion (Villeroy & Boch O.Novo Staff Incentive), entrants accept the following terms and conditions.
2. Entrants must be current Chesters Plumbing & Bathroom employees at the time of promotion ending and time of study tour (TBC. Estimate travel date: Saturday 29 August - Saturday 5 September 2026.).
3. Winners will be determined based on the quantity of toilet suites sold during the promotional period from 1 February and 31 March 2026.This applies to the Villeroy & Boch O.Novo Back to Wall Toilet Suite and O.Novo Overheight Back to Wall Toilet Suite only.
4. The 1st place Winner’s prize constitutes: Flights and transfers to and from Frankfurt, Germany, accommodation and all meals and excursions for the duration of the visit.
5. If the 1st place Winner participated in a previous trip to Germany with Chesters, the $1,000 prezzie card will automatically become the 1st place prize.
6. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash, nor can it be exchanged for any other product or service.
7. Any travel documentation or visas required by the Winner must be organised and paid for at the Winner’s expense.
8. Management’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. By entering, entrants consent to Chesters using the Winner’s information (name(s) and/or photographs, video), for reasonable publicity and promotional purposes (including on Chesters’ website or social media platform) if required without compensation and copyright in the photos and publicity / promotional materials will be vested in Chesters.
10. Chesters reserves the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to this Promotion or to modify, extend, terminate, suspend, or reschedule this Promotion. All entrants participating in this Promotion at the point of termination, modification or suspension of the Promotion will be notified by the Promoter in writing. In the event of modification or suspension of the Promotion, entrants may choose to terminate their participation in Chesters at no cost.
